We want you to be satisfied with AI Manga Translator. Our system is designed to automatically handle refunds for any translation pages that fail to process, so you never lose credits due to technical issues.
2. Automatic Refunds
If a translation page fails to process for any reason, the page credit is automatically refunded to your account balance on a 1:1 basis. No action is required on your part — the refund happens instantly.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, you retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
