What AI do you use for translation?
We use Claude AI by Anthropic — a state-of-the-art large language model. Unlike competitors that rely on generic machine translation (Google Translate, Papago), Claude understands manga context, tone, and nuance for natural-sounding translations.
How long does translation take?
Each page takes approximately 30 seconds to translate. Multiple pages are processed in parallel, so a full chapter of 20 pages can be done in under a minute.
What file formats are supported?
We support JPG, PNG, and WebP image files, as well as PDF, EPUB, and CBZ documents. Documents are automatically split into individual pages for translation.
Do purchased pages expire?
No. Purchased page packs never expire. Only the daily free trial pages (3 pages/day) reset each day.
What does '1 page = 1 page' mean?
Some competitors charge 2–5 credits per page when using their AI mode. With us, translating one page always costs exactly one page — no hidden multipliers or surprise charges.
Can I translate to any language?
Yes! We support translation to over 50 target languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and many more.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. All uploaded files and translation results are automatically deleted after 5 days. Files are stored in encrypted private buckets and are only accessible by you.
How do I get a refund?
Failed translation pages are automatically refunded to your account balance. For other issues, please contact us at hello@ai-manga-translator.com and we will resolve it promptly.
